Synopsis: High pressure remains the eastern Gulf of Alaska. Low clouds and
areas of fog will remain over most of the eastern Gulf of Alaska
and portions of southeast Alaska through early Thursday. A
developing low pressure system moves into the western gulf late
Friday bringing increased winds and wave heights to portions of the
eastern Gulf of Alaska, while farther east over the inner
channels of southeast Alaska, a lighter wind pattern is expected
for most areas over the weekend.
