Synopsis: High pressure remains over Northwest Canada with weak outflow
conditions continuing Thursday over the northern inner channels.
Outflow conditions weaken Thursday night into Friday. A front
moves over the far northern gulf bringing gale force winds near
Kayak Island this evening into Friday. A stronger system arrives
in the gulf late Saturday into Sunday.
