Monday afternoon with outflow conditions beginning. Outflow
conditions continue to intensify through Monday night and
persist through the rest of the week for the northern and
central panhandle inner channels. Incoming colder temperatures
in combination with increased winds from outflow conditions will
lead to freezing spray concerns through the week.
