Synopsis: High pressure remains over the panhandle and eastern Gulf of
Alaska through mid week, with fairly benign winds and seas. Main
impact will continue to be fog into mid week. The northern inner
channels will see northerly and easterly outflow winds. Winds
and seas will begin to increase by late week as the ridge breaks
down and a low moves into the western Gulf.
