Synopsis: A quick moving low over the southern panhandle will exit
panhandle by Monday morning. Winds increase within north/south
oriented channels through the afternoon with outflow conditions
beginning. Outflow conditions intensify Monday and persist
through the rest of the week for the northern and central
panhandle inner channels. Incoming colder temperatures in
combination with increased winds from outflow conditions will
lead to freezing spray concerns through the week.
