Remnant moisture from what was once Tropical Storm Raymond will continue to produce heavy rainfall and the threat for flash flooding over the Desert Southwest into Thursday. Heavy snow will also be possible over parts of the Rockies, and will likely cause hazardous travel. Meanwhile, critical fire weather conditions continue across northern California into Thursday morning.

Synopsis: The winds will be shifting to a more northeasterly direction tonight and wind speeds will generally range between 10 and 15 knots through Thursday. The Northeast swells across the Atlantic will continue to slowly decrease as the week progresses. This will allow for the Atlantic seas to slowly fall from 3 to 5 feet tonight to 3 feet or less by end of the week. The Gulf seas will remain at 3 feet or less through end of the week.
