small craft along the outer coastal waters and ocean entrances.
Outflow conditions are developing and and will continue to
increase through midweek. Gales are possible for northern inner-
channels by Wednesday. Quick-moving moderate to heavy snow
showers will continue, which could briefly reduce visibility to a
half mile or less.
