Synopsis: High pressure in the Gulf will linger through the end of the
week into the weekend. Winds moderate to fresh for the outer
coastal waters and N-S oriented channels will diminish into the
weekend. Localized wind shifts due to sea breezes possible, but
overall wind pattern is expected to be N to NW. Seas 5 to 7 feet
in outer coastal waters will trend downward by the weekend.
