Synopsis: Main impact will continue to be dense fog across portions of the
inner channels and in the outer waters. The inner channels will
see increasing northerly and easterly outflow winds Thursday.
Winds and seas will increase by early next week in the as the
ridge breaks down and a multiple low pressure systems move into
the Gulf.
