Synopsis: A 1020 mb high just west of the Canadian Archipelago gradually moves east over the Canadian Archipelago through Wednesday. Weak high pressure will persist off the Arctic coast. A weak front will move from Point Lay on Wednesday morning NE to 250 NM north of Utqiagvik to Nuiqsut by Wed afternoon.
