Synopsis: Weakening upper level low in the Gulf sends another wave into the Panhandle before decaying and moving inland Sunday. Another low moves into southern Gulf by Monday, with high pressure building over the gulf midweek. Next major system will bring increased winds in the Gulf by the end of the week.
