Synopsis: A low now south of the Kenai Peninsula will continue to move
southeastward while weakening. A weak wave will develop into a
surface low and deepen while approaching the southern Panhandle
on Wednesday. The low will move inland over British Columbia
near Misty Fjords on Wednesday and then dissipate.
