Synopsis: Northwest winds begin to diminish along the coast, turning to the southeast, as a low lifts into the Gulf on Sunday. Expect gale force winds to build Sunday night near Cape St. Elias, with fresh to strong breezes toward the Fairweather Grounds and seas of 8 to 11 feet. Winds and seas begin to subside Monday night.
