Synopsis: High pressure over the panhandle and eastern Gulf of Alaska through mid week, with fairly benign winds and seas. The inner channels will see northerly and easterly outflow winds. Winds and seas will begin to increase by late week as the ridge breaks down as low moves into the western Gulf. Areas of dense fog this morning across the central and southern inner channels and coastal waters look to improve during the afternoon.
