Synopsis: Increased SE winds continue, slowly decreasing into Saturday morning. Saturday afternoon into Saturday night, a front pushes northward across SE AK. This front quickly increases southerly wind speeds to near gale force with gale force gusts likely. Behind the front, winds diminish into Sunday. Isolated times and areas of increased winds will remain possible with continued showers. Looking ahead, a strong system will once again increase winds midweek next week.
