Synopsis: A weakening low in the northeastern gulf is drifting SE tonight
and is sending continuous snow showers into the panhandle. W
winds in the central Gulf will gradually diminish through
Friday. Gale force northerly outflow winds in the northern inner
channels persist through Friday morning before diminishing, with
strongest gusts only making it halfway down the panhandle before
diminishing.
