Synopsis: A developing low in the northern gulf will remain nearly stationary through mid week. It will then drift to the SE late week. This will bring increasing westerly winds for the gulf waters through the week and periods of southerly winds for the inner channels. Outflow conditions briefly return Thursday into Thursday night.
