Synopsis: A 1000 mb low 20 nm S of Atka moves to 70nm SE of Atka at 998 mb Tue afternoon. The low then weakens to 1000 mb over False Pass Wednesday afternoon. A strong high will develop over the Gulf of Anadyr as a front approaches the western Aleutians on Wednesday.
