Tennessee Valley Flooding; California Fire Weather; Strong Cold Front

Heavy rain from the remnants of Nicholas will continue a threat for additional flooding and flash flooding across the Tennessee Valley Monday. Critical fire weather conditions are forecast for portions of interior California Monday. A strong cold front will slowly shift across the central then eastern U.S. through this week bringing a threat for heavy rainfall and potential for flooding.
