Heavy rain from a Kona Low may bring catastrophic flooding, gusty winds, and high surf to Hawaii into Tuesday. After another brief return of high pressure Tuesday, a larger storm system may affect the region Wednesday into Thursday. Small Craft Advisories may be needed Friday into the weekend.
