


Heavy Mountain Snow in the Northwest; Flooding Possible in the South
Heavy mountain snow and high winds have returned to the Northwestern U.S. today into Friday.
Total snow accumulations could reach 3 feet in the higher elevations. Several rounds of heavy showers and thunderstorms tracking from the ArkLaTex into the Tennessee Valley may result in localized flash, urban, and small stream flooding into early next week, along with new river flooding.
