Synopsis: A front diminishes over the southern panhandle as ridging
develops in the eastern gulf. Another frontal system moving into
the eastern gulf Friday into the weekend will bring increased
winds and seas to western portions of the eastern gulf and to
the northeastern gulf coast. Ridging builds back in the eastern
gulf behind the front.
