* WHAT...For the Gale Warning, south winds 25 to 30 kt with gusts
  to 40 kt and very steep seas 10 to 14 ft due to a mix of west
  swell at 15 seconds and wind seas at 7 seconds expected. For the
  Small Craft Advisory, south winds becoming southwest to
  northwest at 10 to 20 kt with gusts up to 25 kt and seas 11 to
  17 ft at 14 seconds. For the Gale Watch, south winds 35 to 45
  kt with gusts up to 55 kt and very steep and dangerous seas 16
  to 21 ft.

* WHEN...For the Gale Warning, until 4 AM PST early this
  morning. For the Small Craft Advisory, until 4 AM PST Friday.
  For the Gale Watch, from late tonight through Friday evening.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds and very steep seas could capsize or
