Thunderstorms are possible this morning over the east.

North to northwest gales to 40 knots are expected on Tuesday. See

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Wednesday through Monday

No hazardous weather is expected at this time.

...GALE WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 8 AM THIS MORNING TO 2 PM
EDT THIS AFTERNOON...

* WHAT...For the Small Craft Advisory, northwest winds 10 to 20
  kt with gusts up to 25 kt and waves 1 to 3 ft occurring. For
  the Gale Warning, northwest winds 20 to 25 kt with gusts up to
  35 kt and waves 6 to 11 ft expected.

* WHERE...Huron Islands to Marquette MI.

* WHEN...For the Small Craft Advisory, until 8 AM EDT this
  morning. For the Gale Warning, from 8 AM this morning to 2 PM
  EDT this afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous waves which could
  capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Mariners should alter plans to avoid these hazardous conditions.
Remain in port, seek safe harbor, alter course, and/or secure the
vessel for hazardous conditions.
