The main risks are large hail and damaging winds. Breezy southerly winds today will switch to northerly tonight and will likely create hazardous conditions for smaller vessels. A Small Craft Advisory is in effect for the South Shore today into this evening and it may need to be expanded along the North Shore tonight after winds become northerly.
