...SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY NOW IN EFFECT FROM NOON TODAY TO 2 PM EDT
TUESDAY...

* WHAT...South winds increasing to 15 to 25 knots this afternoon
  becoming southwest tonight. Waves building to 3 to 6 feet.

* WHERE...Holland to Manistee.

* WHEN...From noon today to 2 PM EDT Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The largest waves will occur late tonight
  and towards daybreak on Tuesday.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Inexperienced mariners, especially those operating smaller
vessels, should avoid navigating in hazardous conditions.

This hazardous weather outlook is for portions of southwest Lower
Michigan.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight

Winds and waves will become hazardous to smaller craft this
afternoon north of Holland. Areas to the south of Holland will see
waves increase tonight. The highest waves will occur towards
daybreak on Tuesday at 3 to 6 feet. Dangerous swimming conditions
are expected from this afternoon and evening through Tuesday
morning.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Tuesday through Sunday

Waves will subside towards midday on Tuesday.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

Spotter activation is possible Tuesday night.
