...GALE WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 5 AM THURSDAY TO 1 AM EST
FRIDAY...

* WINDS...South gales to 35 knots Thursday morning, shifting to
  the southwest and increasing to 40 knots during the afternoon.
  Winds will become northwest gales to 40 knots Thursday evening.

* WAVES...3 to 5 feet by daybreak on Thursday increasing to 6 to
  10 feet Thursday afternoon. Waves of 6 to 9 feet are expected
  Thursday night.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Gale Warning means winds of 34 to 47 knots are imminent or
occurring. Operating a vessel in gale conditions requires
experience and properly equipped vessels. It is highly
recommended that mariners without the proper experience seek safe
harbor prior to the onset of gale conditions.
