  ft, and occasional waves up to 8 to 9 ft expected.

* WHERE...Illinois and Indiana nearshore.

* WHEN...From 7 AM Sunday to 7 AM CDT Monday.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Inexperienced mariners, especially those operating smaller
vessels, should avoid navigating in hazardous conditions.
