Rises in small streams are expected. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 721 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream flooding. Up to 0.5 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1.5 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Small craft should exercise caution on the Bay of Green Bay. Scattered thunderstorms are expected through late this evening. Any storms that develop will pose a threat to mariners.
