* WHAT...Southwest winds increasing to 15 to 25 knots tonight with
  gusts to 30 knots. Shifting to the west on Friday, and then
  northwest 10 to 15 knots Friday night. Waves building to 3 to 6
  feet tonight and continuing Friday. Highest waves Friday from
  New Buffalo Michigan to St. Joseph Indiana.

* WHERE...Michigan City IN to St Joseph MI.

* WHEN...From 10 PM this evening to 4 AM EST Saturday.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.
