* WHAT...For the Low Water Advisory, abnormally low water levels.
  For the Small Craft Advisory, west winds 15 to 25 knots.

* WHERE...The nearshore waters of Lake Erie from Reno Beach to
  The Islands OH.

* WHEN...For the Low Water Advisory, until 4 AM EST Tuesday. For
  the Small Craft Advisory, until 1 AM EST Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft. Below
  normal water levels will result in hazardous navigating
  conditions.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...At 930 PM, the water level at Toledo was 21
  inches below low water datum. The critical mark for safe
  navigation is currently 9 inches below the low water datum. The
  water level will slowly rise overnight.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Inexperienced mariners, especially those operating smaller
vessels, should avoid navigating in hazardous conditions.

Mariners should navigate shallow waters with extreme caution due
to below normal water levels.
