* WHAT...Brief potential window of light freezing rain. Total ice
  accumulations around a trace, bridges and overpasses the main
  concern.

* WHERE...Coastal Kleberg, Coastal Nueces, Coastal San Patricio,
  Duval, Inland Kleberg, Inland Nueces, Inland San Patricio, Jim
  Wells, La Salle, and Webb Counties.

* WHEN...From midnight tonight to noon CST Sunday.

* IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will
  likely become slick and hazardous.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Confidence is low in freezing rain in the
  Advisory area but guidance continues to trend towards a cooler
  solution, there may be a brief period where surface gets freezing
  with precipitation lingering in the early morning hours Sunday.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Persons are urged to stay indoors until conditions improve. If you
must go outside, dress in layers. Several layers of clothes will
keep you warmer than a single heavy coat. Cover exposed skin to
reduce your risk of frostbite or hypothermia. Gloves, a scarf, and a
hat will keep you from losing your body heat.
