This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for the Florida Keys and
adjacent coastal waters.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT

Atmospheric conditions will be marginally favorable for
waterspouts today. Waterspouts tend to form beneath lines of
building cumulus clouds, just at the hint of rain. Waterspouts can
easily flip boats, and should always be avoided.

Scattered thunderstorms will be possible today and tonight. The
primary hazards will be locally gusty winds, heavy downpours with
reduced visibilities, and lightning strikes.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...MONDAY THROUGH SATURDAY

Isolated to scattered thunderstorms will be possible through the
period. The primary hazards will be locally gusty winds, heavy
downpours with reduced visibilities, and lightning strikes.

.NOW...
Through 2 am, Scattered showers and isolated thunderstorms will
generally wane across the FLorida Keys coastal waters. Movement of
the activity will be slow and erratic. Mariners encountering the
stronger storms can expect pockets of moderate to heavy rainfall
reducing visbility to less than 5 miles, wind gusts near 20 knots,
and a few cloud to surface lightning strikes.
