...High Risk of Rip Currents Atlantic Beaches...

This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for Atlantic coastal waters,
southeast Florida, southern Florida, southwest Florida and Gulf of
Mexico.

.DAY ONE...Today and tonight.

Rip currents: There is a high risk of rip currents for the
Atlantic Coast beaches.

Fire Weather: RH values this afternoon may fall into the mid to upper
30 percent range across SW Florida. Low RH values and dry weather
will result in continued fire weather concerns.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Wednesday through Monday.

There will be a high risk for rip currents through the middle of the
week with breezy onshore flow. The risk may decrease toward the end
of the week as winds weaken and turn southeasterly.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

Spotter activation is not expected at this time.

...HIGH RIP CURRENT RISK IN EFFECT FROM TUESDAY MORNING THROUGH
WEDNESDAY EVENING...

* WHAT...Dangerous rip currents expected.

* WHERE...Coastal Palm Beach County, Coastal Broward County and
  Coastal Miami Dade County.

* WHEN...From Tuesday morning through Wednesday evening.

* IMPACTS...Rip currents can sweep even the best swimmers away
  from shore into deeper water.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Swim near a lifeguard. If caught in a rip current, relax and
float. Don`t swim against the current. If able, swim in a
direction following the shoreline. If unable to escape, face the
shore and call or wave for help.
