This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for the Maryland portion of the
Chesapeake Bay, Tidal Potomac River, and I-95 corridor through
central Maryland, northern Virginia, and District of Columbia.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight

Light snow is possible south of Fredericksburg VA this afternoon.
If snow develops, amounts should be less than one inch, but there
could be locally slippery travel during the Friday evening
commute.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Saturday through Thursday

There is a slight winter storm threat Saturday night into early
Sunday morning. Additional accumulating snow is possible, and may
cause travel disruptions if the threat materializes. A relatively
narrow band of snow is possible, but details regarding exact
placement and amounts remain uncertain.

Gale conditions are possible Sunday through Monday morning.

Cold wind chills approaching 0 degrees are possible late Sunday
night into early Monday morning.
