...STORM WARNING NOW IN EFFECT UNTIL 6 PM EST THIS EVENING...
...FREEZING SPRAY ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 6 PM THIS
EVENING TO NOON EST SUNDAY...

* WHAT...For the Storm Warning, northwest winds 30 to 40 kt with
  gusts up to 50 kt and seas 7 to 12 ft. For the Freezing Spray
  Advisory, moderate accumulation of freezing spray expected.

* WHERE...The Atlantic coastal waters of New Jersey and Delaware.

* WHEN...For the Storm Warning, until 6 PM EST this evening. For
  the Freezing Spray Advisory, from 6 PM this evening to noon
  EST Sunday.

* IMPACTS...Operating a vessel in freezing spray is hazardous.
  Freezing spray may render mechanical and electronic components
  inoperative. Ice accretion on decks and superstructures may
  result in some loss of stability. Very strong winds will cause
  hazardous seas which could capsize or damage vessels and
  reduce visibility.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Mariners should prepare for accumulation of ice on their vessel
and consider altering plans to avoid or mitigate these hazardous
navigating conditions.

Mariners should remain in port, alter course, and/or secure the
vessel for severe conditions.
