* WHAT...For the Gale Warning, north winds 30 to 40 kt with gusts
  up to 45 kt and seas 6 to 9 ft expected. For the Storm Warning,
  north winds 35 to 45 kt with gusts up to 50 kt and seas 7 to 12
  ft expected. For the Freezing Spray Advisory, moderate
  accumulation of freezing spray expected.

* WHERE...Coastal waters from Sandy Hook to Little Egg Inlet NJ
  out 20 nm.

* WHEN...For the Gale Warning, from 11 PM this evening to 6 AM
  EST Saturday. For the Storm Warning, from 6 AM to 6 PM EST
  Saturday. For the Freezing Spray Advisory, from 6 PM Saturday
  to noon EST Sunday.

* IMPACTS...Very strong winds will cause hazardous seas which
  could capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility. Operating
  a vessel in freezing spray is hazardous. Freezing spray may
  render mechanical and electronic components inoperative. Ice
  accretion on decks and superstructures may result in some loss
  of stability.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Mariners should prepare for accumulation of ice on their vessel
and consider altering plans to avoid or mitigate these hazardous
navigating conditions.

Mariners should remain in port, alter course, and/or secure the
vessel for severe conditions.
