...SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY IS CANCELLED...

* WHAT...Southerly wind increasing to 20 to 25 knots with gusts
  around 35 knots. Waves building to 5 to 8 feet.

* WHERE...The Atlantic coastal waters of New Jersey.

* WHEN...Until 6:00 PM this evening.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous seas which could
  capsize or damage vessels and reduce the visibility.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Mariners should alter plans to avoid these hazardous conditions.
Remain in port, seek safe harbor, alter course, and/or secure your
vessel for severe conditions.
