TUESDAY...

* WHAT...South to southwest winds 20 to 30 kt with gusts up to 35
  kt through early evening, then west to northwest winds 20 to 30
  knots with gusts up to 35 kt. Seas 5 to 8 ft expected.

* WHERE...Coastal waters from Sandy Hook to Great Egg Inlet NJ out
  20 nm.

* WHEN...From noon today to 4 AM EST Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous seas which could
  capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Mariners should alter plans to avoid these hazardous conditions.
