  Advisory, moderate freezing spray accumulation at a rate of 0.3
  to 0.8 inches per hour expected. For the Gale Watch, northeast
  winds 25 to 35 kt with gusts up to 40 kt and seas 6 to 11 feet
  possible.

* WHERE...Fire Island Inlet NY to Montauk Point NY out 20 nm.

* WHEN...For the Gale Warning, until 6 AM EST Saturday. For the
  Freezing Spray Advisory, from 6 PM this evening to 2 PM EST
  Saturday. For the Gale Watch, from Sunday afternoon through
  late Sunday night.

* IMPACTS...Operating a vessel in freezing spray is hazardous.
  Freezing spray may render mechanical and electronic components
  inoperative. Ice accretion on decks and superstructures may
  result in some loss of stability. Strong winds will cause
  hazardous seas which could capsize or damage vessels and
  reduce visibility.
