...STORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL MIDNIGHT EST TONIGHT...

* WHAT...North winds 25 to 35 kt with gusts up to 55 kt and
  waves around 3 feet expected.

* WHERE...In Massachusetts coastal waters, Boston Harbor. In
  Rhode Island coastal waters, Narragansett Bay.

* WHEN...Until midnight EST tonight.

* IMPACTS...Very strong winds will cause hazardous waves which
  could capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Mariners should remain in port, alter course, and/or secure the
vessel for severe conditions.
