/O.CON.KCAR.SR.W.0003.220129T1200Z-220130T1200Z/
Intra Coastal Waters from Schoodic Point, ME to Stonington, ME-
450 AM EST Sat Jan 29 2022

...FREEZING SPRAY ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL NOON EST
SUNDAY...
...STORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 7 AM EST SUNDAY...

* WHAT...For the Storm Warning, north winds 30 to 40 kt with
gusts up to 55 kt and seas 9 to 14 ft expected. For the
Freezing Spray Advisory, moderate accumulation of freezing
  spray expected.

* WHERE...Intra Coastal Waters from Schoodic Point, ME to
  Stonington, ME.

* WHEN...For the Storm Warning, until 7 AM EST Sunday. For the
Freezing Spray Advisory, until noon EST Sunday.

* IMPACTS...Operating a vessel in freezing spray is hazardous.
Freezing spray may render mechanical and electronic components
inoperative. Ice accretion on decks and superstructures may
result in some loss of stability. Very strong winds will cause
hazardous seas which could capsize or damage vessels and
  reduce visibility.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

During freezing spray conditions the U.S. Coast Guard advises
that you ensure all lifesaving equipment remains free of ice.

Mariners should prepare for accumulation of ice on their vessel
and consider altering plans to avoid or mitigate these hazardous
navigating conditions.

Mariners should remain in port, alter course, and/or secure the
vessel for severe conditions.
