.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight

.Lightning...Isolated to scattered thunderstorms possible across
the interior sections of PR. Be aware of thunderstorms in your
area and be prepared to take shelter.

.Excessive Rainfall...Flooding of urban areas, roads, small
streams, and washes. Isolated flash floods possible. Heaviest
rainfall is forecast for during the afternoon hours across the
southern interior sections of Puerto Rico.

.Wind...Breezy conditions. Unsecured items could blow around.

.Rip Currents...Life-threatening rip currents are possible in the
surf zone particularly northern and eastern facing beaches.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Saturday through Thursday

Afternoon convection across the interior to western sections of

as conditions remain similar through the weekend. Next week an
increase of passing showers can bring minor flooding to windward
sections. Lightning is possible during the afternoon hours each
day. There is a moderate risk of rip currents for most northern
and eastern facing beaches through the next several days.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

Spotter activation is encouraged. Please relay any information
