Be aware of thunderstorms in your area and be prepared to take shelter. .Excessive Rainfall...Flooding of urban areas, roads,streams, and washes across central and west Puerto Rico. Isolated flash floods possible. .Excessive Heat...Heat index 108-111 degrees across southwest to northeast Puerto Rico. Heat exhaustion likely with prolonged exposure. Heat stroke possible.The rest of the coastal areas, the risk will remain limited with heat indices in the 102-107 Fahrenheit degrees. Heat exhaustion likely with prolonged exposure.
