This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of USVI.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight

.Lightning...Isolated to scattered thunderstorms possible across
the islands. Be aware of thunderstorms in your area and be
prepared to take shelter.

.Excessive Rainfall...Ponding of water in roads and poorly
drained areas. Urban and small streams flooding is possible.

.Excessive Heat...This level of heat affects primarily those
individuals extremely sensitive to heat, especially when outdoors
without effective cooling and/or adequate hydration.

.Marine Conditions...Seas equal or greater than 7 feet across the
Atlantic Waters and Caribbean Passages. Hazardous conditions for
small craft.

.Rip Currents...Life-threatening rip currents are likely in the
surf zone particularly along the north-facing beaches.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Monday through Saturday

The high risk of rip currents will continue through Monday.
The potential for flooding rains will range between slight and
moderate for much of the period. Choppy and hazardous seas are
expected across the Atlantic waters through much of the forecast
period. Excessive heat will return.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

Spotter activation is encouraged. Please relay any information
about flooding, winds, waves, and rip currents to the National
Weather Service in San Juan.
