Stay alert and be prepared to take shelter if storms develop. .Excessive Rainfall...Flooding in urban areas, roads, small streams, and washes, particularly across western PR. There is a low chance of isolated flash floods. Elsewhere, plan for water ponding on roads and in poorly drained areas. .Excessive Heat...This level of heat affects primarily those individuals extremely sensitive to heat, especially when outdoors without effective cooling and/or adequate hydration. These conditions are most likely across coastal and urban areas. .Wind...Breezy conditions (18-22 kts | 21-25 mph), particularly across coastal areas. Unsecured items could blow around. .Rip Currents...Life-threatening rip currents are possible in the surf zone, particularly across north, east and southeastern. Isolated stronger rip currents may occur elsewhere, especially near piers, jetties, and channels. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Tuesday through Sunday A limited heat threat will remain in place for the upcoming days leading heat indices that could affect elderly adults and children`s. A moderate risk of rip current will be in place across northern, eastern and southeastern coastal areas from Tuesday onwards. An elevated heat threat is forecast from Thursday into Friday along the islands.
