...GALE WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 2 PM THIS AFTERNOON TO
MIDNIGHT EDT TONIGHT...

* WHAT...Southwest to West winds 20 to 30 kt with gusts up to 35
  kt veering to the Northwest to North after the cold frontal
  passage later this afternoon. Seas 4 to 8 ft expected.

* WHERE...Southeast North Carolina and Northeast South Carolina
  coastal waters.

* WHEN...From 2 PM this afternoon to midnight EDT tonight.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous seas which could
  capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Mariners should alter plans to avoid these hazardous conditions.
Remain in port, seek safe harbor, alter course, and/or secure the
vessel for hazardous conditions.
