Be aware of thunderstorms in your area and be prepared to take shelter. .Excessive Rainfall...Flooding of urban areas, roads, small streams, and washes. Isolated flash floods possible. .Excessive Heat...This level of heat affects primarily those individuals extremely sensitive to heat, especially when outdoors without effective cooling and/or adequate hydration. .Wind...Breezy conditions. Unsecured items could blow around. .Marine Conditions...Small craft should exercise caution across the Atlantic waters. .Rip Currents...Life-threatening rip currents are likely in the surf zone particularly from the northern beaches from Rincon to Fajardo, and Culebra. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Saturday through Thursday Fading northerly swell will maintain a moderate risk of rip currents across the north and east facing beaches of the islands through the weekend. Excessive heat conditions will continue each day in the lower elevations of the islands through midweek next week. Afternoon thunderstorm can produce strong gusty winds and urban/small stream flooding over western PR through Sunday. .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT... Spotter activation is encouraged.
