This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of Puerto Rico.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight

.Lightning...Isolated to scattered thunderstorms possible across
western Puerto Rico, particularly by the afternoon hours. Be
aware of thunderstorms in your area and be prepared to take
shelter.

.Excessive Rainfall...Flooding of urban areas, roads, small
streams, and washes. Isolated flash floods possible over western
Puerto Rico.

.Excessive Heat...This level of heat affects anyone without
effective cooling and/or adequate hydration. Impacts likely in
some health systems, heat-sensitive industries and
infrastructure.

.Wind...Breezy conditions. Unsecured items could blow around.

.Rip Currents...Life-threatening rip currents are possible across
all the beaches in Puerto Rico and eastern beaches of Vieques and
Culebra.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Monday through Saturday

Mostly calm weather conditions should prevail across the islands
on Monday. Another tropical wave will reach the area by late
Monday into Tuesday. Hazy skies will be back on Tuesday with high
concentrations of Saharan dust.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

Spotter activation is encouraged. Please relay any information
about flooding, winds, waves, and rip currents to the National
Weather Service in San Juan.
