Plan to stop all outdoor activity and move to shelters. .Excessive Rainfall...Flooding of urban areas, roads, small streams, and washes. Isolated flash floods possible. .Wind...Windy conditions. Outdoor items could blow around or be damaged. .Marine Conditions...Seas equal or greater than 15 feet across the Caribbean waters. Very dangerous conditions for small craft. .Rip Currents...Life-threatening rip currents are likely in the surf zone across all west, east and south facing beaches of the islands. .Coastal Flooding...High Surf condtions due to large swells from Hurricane Beryl could lead to beach erosion and minor coastal flooding across the Caribbean coastline of the islands. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Wednesday through Monday Hazardous seas and life-threatening rip currents could last through Thursday. A tropical wave will increase thunderstorm activity and the flooding risk on Thursday. Another tropical wave is expected to move by early next week across the islands. Heat advisory conditions are possible on Wednesday and from Friday through Sunday. .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT... Spotter activation is encouraged.
