This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of USVI.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight

.Lightning...Isolated to scattered thunderstorms possible across
the local waters and portions of the islands. Plan to stop all
outdoor activity and move to shelters.

.Excessive Rainfall...Flooding of urban areas, roads, small
streams, and washes. Isolated flash floods possible.

.Wind...Windy conditions. Outdoor items could blow around or be
damaged.

.Marine Conditions...Seas equal or greater than 15 feet across
the Caribbean waters. Very dangerous conditions for small craft.

.Rip Currents...Life-threatening rip currents are likely in the
surf zone across all west, east and south facing beaches of the
islands.

.Coastal Flooding...High Surf condtions due to large swells from
Hurricane Beryl could lead to beach erosion and minor coastal
flooding across the Caribbean coastline of the islands.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Wednesday through Monday

Hazardous seas and life-threatening rip currents could last
through Thursday. A tropical wave will increase thunderstorm
activity and the flooding risk on Thursday. Another tropical wave
is expected to move by early next week across the islands.

Heat advisory conditions are possible on Wednesday and from Friday
through Sunday.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

Spotter activation is encouraged. Please relay any information
about flooding, winds, waves, and rip currents to the National
Weather Service in San Juan.

...SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 6 AM AST
WEDNESDAY...

* WHAT...East winds 15 to 25 kt with gusts up to 30 kt and seas
  6 to 10 ft, occasionally up to 11 ft, expected.

* WHERE...Coastal waters east of Puerto Rico, around Vieques,
  and around and just north of Culebra and Saint John and
  Coastal Waters of Southwestern Puerto Rico out 10 NM.

* WHEN...From 6 AM Tuesday to 6 AM AST Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Inexperienced mariners, especially those operating smaller
vessels, should avoid navigating in hazardous conditions.
