This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of Puerto Rico.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight

.Lightning...Isolated to scattered thunderstorms possible across
the region. Be aware of thunderstorms in your area and be
prepared to take shelter.

.Excessive Rainfall...Flooding of urban areas, roads, small
streams, and washes. Isolated flash floods possible.

.Excessive Heat...This level of heat affects primarily those
individuals extremely sensitive to heat, especially when outdoors
without effective cooling and/or adequate hydration.

.Wind...Breezy conditions. Unsecured items could blow around.

.Marine Conditions...Seas equal or greater than 7 feet across
Caribbean Water and Passages. Hazardous conditions for small
craft.

.Rip Currents...Life-threatening rip currents are possible in the
surf zones of the islands.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Friday through Wednesday

The lingering moisture of a tropical wave will maintain the
potential for thunderstorm activity and a high flooding risk
through Friday. The heat threat may increase between Friday and
Wednesday next week. A moderate risk of rip currents will prevail
through next week. Another tropical wave will move by early next
week across the islands.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

Spotter activation is encouraged. Please relay any information
about flooding, winds, waves, and rip currents to the National
Weather Service in San Juan.
