offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...Low pressure across Nova
Scotia moves off to the NE this evening, pulling a cold front S
across the waters tonight. A secondary cold front then moves
over the waters late tonight into Thu. High pressure will build
SE over the region Thu and Thu night, before a warm front lifts N
over the waters Fri. A strong cold front will quickly move E
across the area Fri night into Sat, before a series of low
pressure troughs or secondary cold fronts move SE over the waters
Sat into Sun. Another high will build E across the region Sun
into Mon, then begin to shift E Mon night.
