.SYNOPSIS FOR CALIFORNIA WATERS...A cold front will continue to
sag SE across the northern waters this morning and move into the
central waters this afternoon as it slowly dissipates. High
pressure will build over the waters behind the front today into
tonight. A low pressure system will move N to the W of the waters
tonight through Sun. An associated cold front will approach from
the W on Sat and slowly move into the northern waters through Sun
night before stalling. The stalled front will slowly dissipate
over the northern waters through Mon night. High pressure will
build in from the NW Tue and Tue night with a low pressure trough
developing along the coast. The NAVTEX transmitter in Cambria is
currently down at this time. Technicians are aware and are
working on a resolution.
