offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

Conditions given represent the highest within that period.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...A high pressure ridge will
move over the today, then shift E of the area tonight. A warm
front will lift NE over the region Fri into Fri night, before a
strong cold front crosses the waters Sat into Sat night. A
secondary cold front will move across the region Sat night.
Another ridge will build SE over the waters Sat night into Sun,
then shift E of the region Sun night. Another warm front will
lift N over the area Sun night. Strong low pressure will track NE
over New England Sun night through Mon night while pulling a cold
front across the area. A series of secondary cold fronts will
move across the waters Mon through Tue night.
