.SYNOPSIS...A weak trough extending from the Oregon coast S to
the central waters will persist tonight and Mon, then become
confined to just the N California coast Mon night through Thu. A
cold front will reach the N waters late Tue, then move S into the
central waters Tue night while dissipating. Strong high pressure
will build well NW of the waters Tue night, then persist through
Fri night. The trough along the N California coast will weaken
Thu night.
