...A SHOWER WILL IMPACT SOUTHEASTERN NATCHITOCHES...WEST CENTRAL
GRANT AND SOUTHWESTERN WINN PARISHES UNTIL 845 PM CST...

At 815 PM CST, Doppler radar was tracking a strong shower 11 miles
south of Montgomery, or 17 miles southeast of Natchitoches, moving
north at 35 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
  Montgomery, Atlanta, Aloha, Cloutierville, Melrose and Chopin.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Monitor the weather situation closely and be alert for threatening
weather conditions.

This may become a thunderstorm and intensify, so be certain to
monitor local radio stations and available television stations for
additional information and possible warnings from the National
Weather Service.
